My tears fall silently
Things seemed to end Violently
What happened
What went wrong
Wasn’t our love strong
I know it was real
There is not a doubt in my head
I look back to some of the things you once said.
You told me you’d always be here
There would never be anything to fear
One day I would fall asleep in your arms
That you would wipe away my every tear
That when I couldn’t see you look to the moon
We could be world apart but the one thing that brought us closer
Was the moon
Because no matter how near or far
We would both be looking at the same thing
The rain poured at our beginning,
And it signified our ending
The moon was covered by the clouds that night
I was cold as ice
My thoughts had never been more precise
All I wanted was death
I couldn’t catch a breath.
